The housing changes at each one, from the 1889 Victorians inside Inman Park to the mill cottages below the rail line and the smaller frame houses across Moreland, and what we would install changes with it. Our base is southeast of the neighborhood rather than inside it, which keeps the drive under fifteen minutes in either direction. Inman Park sits in 30307, with 30312 along its southwestern edge.

01Can my current system cool a new addition?
Only with capacity to spare. Extending duct into 500 new square feet changes the airflow reaching every other room in the house.
02Why does my finished attic bedroom stay hot?
It was finished after the system went in, so the duct reaching it runs long and too little air gets back out. That combination traps heat.
03Can you cool an enclosed porch or sunroom?
Usually, once it is insulated. Most sit outside the insulated part of the house, so conditioning one first wastes the equipment you put in it.
04Will one more vent fix the warm room?
Rarely on its own. A room over 250 square feet needs more air than the system can spare, which makes it a sizing question.
05Do we have to run duct to the addition?
No. A ductless unit conditions one room without touching the existing duct, which is why additions are the most common reason to fit one.
