When you will hear back
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, usually within the working day. There is no overnight line, so anything sent in the evening is answered the next working morning.

What the system is doing and where you are, so the right technician goes out with the right parts on the van. Have the age of the system to hand if you know it.
What it will cost
Nothing about the visit is a surprise. An in-home estimate on a replacement is free, and you approve a written price before any work starts.
